House Rules
The names and ages of the additional guests must be disclosed to the host before arrival. Overly loud guests, damage to the property, nuisance to neighbors or other inappropriate behavior will cause the reservation to be immediately cancelled and the guests to be removed from the property.
Tampering with or disabling security cameras and/or wi-fi will result in immediate termination of booking, dismissal from property with no refund and a 200$ penalty; If security cameras and/or wi-fi is/are not operating correctly, the Vacation Rental may be accessed without prior notice or permission. Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation. The house is in the country. This means that there are insects and animals at the property. There is an Asian ladybug problem in the region. We do our best to repel them but they are invasive and persistent. You may find some at the property, including inside of the house. Also, insects, animals, leaves and branches may fall into the pool or the hot tub. No refund will be given for finding an insect, an animal or plant matter inside the house, or in the pool or the hot tub.
